Our Services:
- On receipt of a medical referral we research the most appropriate medical service providers in Auckland and send the referral for their review.
- We access through the private health system a wide range of expert medical specialists, diagnostic centres, hospitals and associated health care providers.
- We can as appropriate also access the New Zealand public health system.
- We arrange for an estimates of costs for insurance prior approval, including medical, diagnostic, accommodation and transport.
- Once prior approval is received, we will arrange appointments dates, and accommodation, and liaise with the insurer for travel dates to New Zealand
- We will provide documentation required to support NZ Immigration visa application and overseas transfer of funds.
- Airport to hotel transfer - a prearranged taxi will meet the patient inside the airport terminal and take them to the arranged accommodation.
- Contact will be made with patient on arrival to introduce ourselves, confirm appointments and arrangements and answer any initial questions
- Travel arrangements to all appointments with SMS text confirmation of appointment details.
- Attend appointment with patient as required
- 24/7 telephone assistance.
- Arrange all further medical, treatment and diagnostic appointments, hospital admission as required.
- Arrange additional support as required. e.g.physiotherapy, medical equipment rental, prosthesis etc
- Inpatient Hospital visits.
- Updates to insurers - progress report, recommended treatment plan, further estimates as required
- Visa extensions if required
- Provide reports from all medical service providers as appropriate
- Airline medical forms required for travel home
On-going Support:
- Post discharge support and co-ordination of any follow-up reviews.
