Information for Patients - Frequently Asked Questions:
How will I get from the airport to the hotel?Once you clear customs and go through to arrivals, a taxi driver will greet you with your name on a placard. As you come out of the arrivals hall, turn left, look towards McDonalds and on the left is an area where the taxi drivers are waiting. The taxi will take up straight to your accommodation.
Where will I stay while having treatment?Located in the heart of Auckland City, you will be staying at the Waldorf St Martins Apartment Hotel. This cost effective, tidy apartment complex is ideally located for treatment with most appointments less than 30 mins by taxi. The apartments are modern, quiet and self catered. On occasions when Waldorf St Martins is full we book alternate accommodation.
Where will treatment take place? Whilst you are in New Zealand you will be taken care of by our top medical professionals, we have access to over 500 medical professionals including private and public hospitals, complementary medicine (e.g physiotherapy, rehabilitation equipment) and diagnostic laboratories. Most treatment locations are within a 30 minute drive to your accommodation.
